Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Who we are
These terms apply to this website and to the software applications that Eddie George Limited (“we”, “us”) develops and operates, including on behalf of clients (the “Services”). Eddie George Limited is registered in England and Wales, company number 02902185, registered office 605 Lyndhurst Court, 36–38 Finchley Road, London, NW8 6EX, United Kingdom. Contact: eddie.george@egl.com.
By using the Services you agree to these terms. An application may also show its own terms, which apply alongside these.
Using the Services
- You must be old enough to use the Services under the law where you live, and at least the minimum age any connected platform requires.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not misuse the Services: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to them, and no use that breaches a connected platform’s rules.
Connected platforms
Some Services let you connect accounts on third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. You authorise each connection through the platform’s own consent screen, and you can disconnect at any time, in the application or in the platform’s settings. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s terms. How we handle data from connected accounts is described in our Privacy Policy.
Your content
You own the content you create or upload. You give us permission to store and process it, and to publish it to your connected accounts only when and as you instruct, solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you publish.
Availability
Some Services are in testing or beta. We provide them “as is”, and they may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. We may suspend access where needed to protect the Services, other users or connected platforms.
Our intellectual property
The Services and their software, design and content (other than your content) belong to us or our clients and licensors. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profits, revenue or data, or for the actions or availability of connected platforms. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use
You can stop using the Services and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may end your access if you breach these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
